In collaboration with Architects Lorenzo Gaspari and Mattia Conato Beatrice and Elena are the owner of Bar Marconi, in the year 2024 a flood ruined the flooring of the bar, leaving an opportunity for the owners. They came to us looking for a low budget interior transformation, focusing on restoring the floor and giving an updated look to the bar that fitted the style of the two girls that manage it. Taking away the damaged floors we discovered a terrazzo tile that was underneath the added gray fake wood flooring, in perfect conditions, so the project centered in making the layout and colors of the bar, to follow the original flooring. We worked with a specialized carpenter for new furniture centering in using the main wall of the bar as a big seating area.
