3D visualization services for a large commercial site comprising three buildings — two fast-food restaurants and a strip mall — commissioned by a real estate company specializing in commercial leasing. Using the client’s architectural floor plans, I developed detailed 3D models and high-quality renders that illustrate massing, materiality, and site organization for marketing and leasing purposes.
